Chopped Culinary for Teens Hosted at Rodman

Teens, ages 12-18, are invited to join us in the Main Auditorium on Tuesday, Nov. 20, from 3 to 5 p.m., for the Library’s “Chopped” culinary program. Just like the show of the same name, this event will be divided into three courses: appetizer, main course, and dessert. In each round, teens will be given several ingredients that must be incorporated into the specified course. Teens will also have the full use of the Rodman Chopped Pantry to complete their dish. Participants will work in teams of three or four to complete each round. A panel of three persons will then judge the round. Limit to 24 participants, so registration is required.
