Event Description:

The Children’s Department at Rodman Public Library will be hosting a Jingle Bell Christmas Program in the Rodman Main Auditorium on Saturday, December 17, at 2:00 p.m. One of Santa’s favorite elves, Ellie Elf, arrives straight from the North Pole to spread Christmas cheer and makes sure everyone is nice and not naughty. Ellie Elf will entertain with stories, music and magical fun for all!

Tess Shimko, who is Ellie Elf, trained with former Ringling Brothers & Barnum, Bailey clowns. She is a highly respected kidshow entertainer of AbraKiDazzle, who keeps her material fresh and exciting by attending yearly family entertainment conferences nationwide. Married, with children of her own, Shimko understands and loves children…and that shows through with every performance.

Santa Claus will also be at this program, so be sure to bring your camera to take pictures. Refreshments will be available. No reservations are required and the program is open to children ages 3-12 with an adult. Support for this program has been provided through a donation from the Friends of the Library.
