A Tween Council is starting at Rodman Main Library beginning on Wednesday, Jan. 16, at 4:15 p.m. It is open to enthusiastic 4th to 6th graders who want to make a difference in the library. Tweens will meet the third Wednesday of the month to share ideas for upcoming programs, current trends, and what they and their peers are reading.
